The COVID-19 Refund Modification submission date was extended through May 31, 2024, and coincides with the foreclosure moratorium which also ends May 31, 2024. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
