The current comment period for the proposed rule was set to end on August 19, 2024. Due to a technical issue, some of the background materials for the proposed rule were not made available to <E T="03">www.regulations.gov</E> until July 24, 2024. The EPA is therefore extending the comment period for the proposed action to August 26, 2024. </SUM> <EFFDATE> <HD SOURCE="HED">DATES:</HD> The comment period for the proposed rule published on July 19, 2024, at 89 FR 58663 is extended.
