We determine that the weighted-average dumping margins likely to prevail are up 20.53 percent for India, 247.88 percent for Kazakhstan, and 24.62 percent for Venezuela. <HD SOURCE="HD1">Administrative Protective Order</HD> This notice serves as the only reminder to parties subject to administrative protective order (APO) of their responsibility concerning the disposition of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305. Timely notification of the return or destruction of APO materials, or conversion to judicial protective order, is hereby requested.
