Winnebago Industries, Inc., (Winnebago or petitioner), has determined that certain model year (MY) 2013-2023 Winnebago motorhomes do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.
