The updated circular combines requirements applicable to all FTA financial assistance awards (referred to as "cross-cutting" requirements) and supersedes the previous Award Management Requirements Circular C 5010.1E. This notice responds to the comments FTA received on the proposed circular, which was published in the Federal Register on February 14, 2024.
