On July 2, 2024, Commerce received a complete and adequate substantive response from the petitioners within the 30-day deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(3)(i). <SU>4</SU> <FTREF/> Commerce received no substantive responses from respondent interested parties. Imports of covered merchandise are classifiable in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) under item numbers 7307.11.00.30, 7307.11.00.60, 7307.19.30.60 and 7307.19.30.85. HTSUS subheadings are provided for convenience and customs purposes. The written description of the scope of the <E T="03">Order</E> is dispositive. ACCESS is available to registered users at <E T="03">https://access.trade.gov.</E> In addition, a complete version of the Issues and Decision Memorandum can be accessed directly at <E T="03">https://access.trade.gov/public/FRNoticesListLayout.aspx.</E> <HD SOURCE="HD1">Final Results of Sunset Review</HD> Pursuant to sections 751(c)(1) and 752(c)(1) and (3) of the Act, Commerce determines that revocation of the <E T="03">Order</E> would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, and that the magnitude of the dumping margins likely to prevail would be up to 75.50 percent. <HD SOURCE="HD1">Administrative Protective Order</HD> This notice serves as the only reminder to parties subject to an administrative protective order (APO) of their responsibility concerning the return or destruction of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305(a). Timely notification of the return or destruction of APO materials or conversion to judicial protective order, is hereby requested.
