The first error appears in amendatory instruction 15a, which directs the OFR to revise paragraph (e)(5) in 40 CFR 745.225, however, since the set-out text for paragraph (e)(5) does not include the subordinate paragraphs to paragraph (e)(5), the instruction should direct the OFR to revise the introductory text of paragraph (e)(5). 2. The second error appears in amendatory instruction 17b, which directs the OFR to revise paragraph (e)(8)(v) of 40 CFR 745.227, however, since the set-out text for paragraph (e)(8)(v) does not include the subordinate paragraphs to paragraph (e)(8)(v), the instruction should direct the OFR to revise the introductory text of paragraph (e)(8)(v). <HD SOURCE="HD1">Correction</HD> In FR Doc. 2024-25070, appearing on page 89416 in the <E T="04">Federal Register</E> of November 12, 2024, the following correction is made: <SECTION> <SECTNO>§ 745.225</SECTNO> <SUBJECT>[Corrected]</SUBJECT> </SECTION> <REGTEXT TITLE="40" PART="745"> ▪ 1. On page 89459, in the first column, correct instruction 15a to read as follows: “▪ a.
