The AP will review and discuss Council Actions in Response to Motions from the December 2024 <E T="03">Shrimp</E> AP Meeting, receive updates on Number of Valid and Renewable Federal <E T="03">Gulf Shrimp</E> Permits, Economics of the Federally-permitted <E T="03">Gulf Shrimp</E> Fleet and hold a discussion of Potential Expiration of Moratorium for Federal <E T="03">Gulf Shrimp</E> Permits. The AP will review 2023 <E T="03">Gulf Shrimp</E> Fishery Landings, 2024 Texas Closure, 2023 <E T="03">Royal Red</E> Landings, 2023 <E T="03">Gulf Shrimp</E> Fishery Effort and Species-Specific <E T="03">Shrimp</E> Effort Estimates. Following lunch, the AP will receive updates on Secure Digital Card Returns, Early Adopter Program, Southeast Regional Office Protected Resources <E T="03">Sea Turtle</E> Updates, <E T="03">Sea Turtle</E> Take and Turtle Excluder Device Compliance, New Bycatch Estimates and Other Analyses for <E T="03">Smalltooth Sawfish</E> and/or <E T="03">Giant Manta Ray.</E> The AP will receive additional updates for <E T="03">Giant Manta Ray</E> and <E T="03">Sawfish,</E> and Biological Opinion Updates, and on <E T="03">Gulf Shrimp</E> Stock Assessment (SEDAR 87), Revised Administrative Costs for Draft <E T="03">Shrimp</E> Framework Action. Lastly, the AP will receive any public testimony and discuss other business items. Meeting Adjourns— The in-person meeting will be broadcast via webinar.
