We are extending the comment period for the proposed rule to give all interested parties adequate opportunity to comment. The proposed rule opened a 60-day comment period, which ends on March 17, 2025. To give all interested parties an additional opportunity to comment on the proposed rule, we are extending the comment period for a period of 60 days. Please refer to the proposed rule for more information on our proposed action and the specific information we seek.
