The <E T="04">Federal Register</E> Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on Arpil 18th, 2025. The collection involves required responses to questions regarding an individual's identity in order to gain access to U.S. Federal Government web applications. Uncredentialed users requesting access to web-based applications published by the Federal Aviation Administration or other United States Federal Government entities are required to identify themselves. The proposed collection of information will be used to positively identify the user requesting access and create a user account. The identification of the requesting user is based on answers provided via a web interface that are matched against sources such as public records, mobile accounts, credit reporting bureaus and other available data. If a positive identification is made some of the collected information is used to create a user account to allow the user access to the requested web application. <E T="03">Respondents:</E> Any un-credentialed individual who requests a user account to access web applications published by the FAA or other U.S. Federal Government entity that is integrated with the MyAccess program. <E T="03">Frequency:</E> The collection is done one time for each new account request. <E T="03">Estimated Average Burden per Response:</E> ~0.07 hours (~4 minutes). <E T="03">Estimated Total Annual Burden:</E> ~0.07 hours (~4 minutes) per respondent, one time only.
