It inadvertently added the subparagraph number “(ii)” twice for § 955.29(c)(1). The Postal Service makes this change below to correct the error. <LSTSUB> <HD SOURCE="HED">List of Subjects in 39 CFR Part 955</HD> Administrative practice and procedure, Contract disputes, Postal Service. </LSTSUB> Accordingly, for the reasons stated, 39 CFR part 955 is corrected by making the following correcting amendments: <HD SOURCE="HED">PART 955—RULES OF PRACTICE BEFORE THE POSTAL SERVICE BOARD OF CONTRACT APPEALS</HD> <REGTEXT TITLE="39" PART="955"> 1. The authority citation for part 955 continues to read as follows: <HD SOURCE="HED">Authority: </HD> 39 U.S.C. 204, 401; 41 U.S.C. 7101-7109. </REGTEXT> <REGTEXT TITLE="39" PART="955"> 2.
