Channel 226C3 can be allotted to Enterprise consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) rules, with a site restriction of 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) north of the community at reference coordinates 37-45-04 NL and 113-46-26 WL. </SUM> <EFFDATE> <HD SOURCE="HED">DATES:</HD> Comments must be filed on or before October 6, 2025, and reply comments on or before October 21, 2025. </EFFDATE> <HD SOURCE="HED">ADDRESSES:</HD> Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 45 L Street NE, Washington, DC 20554.
