The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to 19 companies that had no entries of the subject merchandise during the POR. We calculated export price in accordance with section 772 of the Act. We calculated NV in accordance with section 773 of the Act. In addition, Commerce relied on total adverse facts available (AFA) pursuant to section 776(a)-(b) of the Act for Master, due to the company's failure to participate in this review.
