<NOTICE> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <SUBAGY>Federal Highway Administration</SUBAGY> <SUBJECT>Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Transportation Project in Texas</SUBJECT> <HD SOURCE="HED">AGENCY:</HD> Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), DOT. <HD SOURCE="HED">ACTION:</HD> Notice of limitation on claims for judicial review. <SUM> <HD SOURCE="HED">SUMMARY:</HD> The FHWA, on behalf of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by TxDOT and other Federal agencies that are final agency actions. These actions relate to the I-345 Connects project in Dallas County, Texas. The project will reconstruct the I-345 facility for 2.848 miles from I-30 to Spur 366 and will consist of depressing six 12-foot mainlanes (three in each direction). </SUM> <DATES> <HD SOURCE="HED">DATES:</HD> By this notice, the FHWA, on behalf of TxDOT, is advising the public of final agency actions subject to 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). A claim seeking judicial review of the Federal Agency actions on the listed highway project will be barred unless the claim is filed on or before April 2, 2026.
