The Chair of the Council will conduct the meeting to facilitate the orderly conduct of business. Members of the public who wish to make oral statements pertaining to agenda items should contact Mr. Paul Bamonte at the address or telephone number listed above. Approximately 15 minutes will be reserved for public comments. The time allocated per speaker will depend on the number of requests received but will not exceed five minutes. Requests for oral statements must be received at least seven days prior to the meeting. Those not able to attend the meeting or having insufficient time to address the Council are invited to send a written statement to <E T="03">paul.bamonte@hq.doe.gov.</E> Any member of the public who wishes to file a written statement to the Council will be permitted to do so, either before or after the meeting. <E T="03">Minutes:</E> The minutes of the meeting will be available at <E T="03">https://www.energy.gov/fecm/national-petroleum-council-npc,</E> or by contacting Mr. Bamonte.
