In the NPRM, the Board directed comments to be submitted by October 30, 2025, and replies to be submitted by November 13, 2025. During the shutdown of the federal government from October 1, 2025, through November 12, 2025, all deadlines requiring the submission of materials to the Board, including the deadlines in this proceeding, were tolled. <E T="03">See Materials Due To Be Submitted During the Fed.
