In that proposed rulemaking we proposed to approve the Alaska regional haze plan for the second implementation period and opened a 30-day comment period, ending on December 1, 2025. We received a request from the public to extend the comment period an additional 15 days, to allow interested persons additional time to prepare and submit comments. We are granting the request.
