The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, the Commission) is considering issuance of amendments to Renewed Facility Operating License (RFOL) Nos. NPF-11 and NPF-18, issued to Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation, the licensee) for LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2 (LaSalle). The proposed license amendments would add the requirement to perform a Channel Check in accordance with Surveillance Requirement (SR) 3.3.6.1.1 to the Main Steam Line (MSL) Flow-High function (Function 1.c). For this amendment request, the NRC proposes to determine that the request involves no significant hazards consideration.
