The Board is issuing a final rule to make nomenclature changes reflecting the establishment of the Office of Chief Counsel as a result of this reorganization, to remove obsolete references, and to revise its rules to no longer accept paper checks or money orders as a form of payment. </SUM> <EFFDATE> <HD SOURCE="HED">DATES:</HD> This final rule is effective on February 3, 2026. </EFFDATE> <FURINF> <HD SOURCE="HED">FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT:</HD> Amy Ziehm at (202) 918-5462. The Board is therefore revising its regulations at 49 CFR Chapter X to update office names and personnel titles to reflect the new consolidated structure.
