In addition, we are making a preliminary determination of no shipments for one company. (Sanmei), Jiangsu Sanmei Chemical Ind. Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Sanmei), and Fujian Qingliu Dongying Chemical Ind. Co., Ltd. (Fujian Qingliu); and (2) pursuant to 19 CFR 351.401(f)(1)-(2), Sanmei, Jiangsu Sanmei, and Fujian Qingliu should be collapsed and treated as a single entity (collectively, Sanmei).
