In that circumstance, the transferee servicer is required to treat the appeal as a pending request for loss mitigation assistance, and it must permit the borrower to accept or reject any loss mitigation options offered by the transferor servicer, even if it does not offer the loss mitigation options offered by the transferor servicer, in addition to the loss mitigation options, if any, that the transferee servicer determines to offer the borrower based on its own review of a borrower who makes a request for loss mitigation assistance.
