Testing would have to be conducted through the USDA Swine Hemorrhagic Fevers Surveillance Plan or a foreign animal disease investigation at a laboratory authorized in accordance with proposed § 148.11, and using tests approved by the Administrator to detect the presence of ASF and CSF.
