In the transfer context, a transferee servicer must ensure that a borrower is informed of any changes to the loss mitigation determination process, such as a change in the address to which the borrower should submit documents and information, as well as ensuring that the borrower is informed about which documents and information are needed by the transferee servicer to determine which loss mitigation options, if any, it will offer to the borrower.</P>
