A mobile provider must submit, on an annual basis, all of the infrastructure data that it would submit as part of the Broadband Data Collection mobile verification process, as provided in 47 CFR 1.7006(c), for all infrastructure used to serve its supported area for coverage as of December 31 of each year, due by March 1 of the following year.
