A grantee must comply with Federal laws regarding prevailing wages on construction and minor remodeling projects assisted with Department funding, including, as applicable, subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly known as the “Davis-Bacon Act”; as applied through section 439 of GEPA; 20 U.S.C. 1232b) and any tribally determined prevailing wages.
