(the domestic interested party) within the deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i). <SU>3</SU> <FTREF/> The domestic interested party claimed interested party status under section 771(9)(C) of the Act as a manufacturer, producer, or wholesaler of a domestic like product in the United States. <FTNT> <SU>1</SU>   <E T="03">See Notice of Antidumping Duty Order: Steel Wire Garment Hangers from the People's Republic of China,</E> 73 FR 58111 (October 6, 2008) ( <E T="03">Order</E> ). </FTNT> <FTNT> <SU>2</SU>   <E T="03">See Initiation of Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews,</E> 89 FR 54435 (July 1, 2024). </FTNT> <FTNT> <SU>3</SU>   <E T="03">See</E> Domestic Interested Party's Letter, “Notice of Intent to Participate,” dated July 10, 2024. </FTNT> On July 18, 2024, the domestic interested party provided a timely substantive response for this review within the 30-day deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(3)(i). <SU>4</SU> <FTREF/> We received no substantive responses from any other interested parties, nor was a hearing requested. ACCESS is available to registered users at <E T="03">https://access.trade.gov.</E> In addition, a complete version of the Issues and Decision Memorandum can be accessed at <E T="03">https://access.trade.gov/public/FRNoticesListLayout.aspx.</E> <FTNT> <SU>8</SU>   <E T="03">Id.</E> </FTNT> <HD SOURCE="HD1">Final Results of Sunset Review</HD> Pursuant to sections 751(c)(1) and 752(c)(1) and (3) of the Act, Commerce determines that revocation of the antidumping duty order on steel hangers from China would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, and that the magnitude of the margins likely to prevail would be weighted-average dumping margins up to 187.25 percent. <HD SOURCE="HD1">Administrative Protective Order (APO)</HD> This notice serves as the only reminder to interested parties subject to an APO of their responsibility concerning the return or destruction of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305. Timely notification of the return or destruction of APO materials or conversion to judicial protective order is hereby requested.
